Apologies but please note that we do not accept group bookings over the Christmas and New Year period.
At Brasserie Uno, we do not offer a printed menu, having instead a blackboard listing our freshly prepared dishes that change almost daily. This way, we can offer seasonal food, fresh every day, that is local when possible or grown in our gardens or foraged from the forest when available in summer. In winter in the Alps, it is harder to source regional and seasonal, but we try our hardest to buy Swiss when available.

Enjoy a degustation meal, created especially for you by our chefs Luis and Mark. On the night (or prior if you have special requests or allergies), simply advise us of any foods you don’t like and our chefs will create a delicious multi-course meal for you. Chef’s Menu not offered after 9pm.
