At Brasserie Uno, we do not have a printed menu. Instead, we have a chalkboard listing our freshly prepared dishes that change almost daily. This way, we can offer seasonal food, fresh every day, that is local when possible, grown in our gardens or foraged from the forest when available in the summer. In winter, it is harder to source regional and seasonal, but we try our hardest to buy Swiss when available.
Below is a sample menu, updated for February 2020. For the most current Brasserie Uno menu, please check the blackboard outside the restaurant or call us for more information.

Enjoy a degustation meal, created especially for you by our chefs Luis and Mark. On the night (or prior if you have special requests or allergies), simply advise us of any foods you don’t like and our chefs will create a delicious multi-course meal for you. Chef’s Menu not offered after 8.30pm. Please allow 3 hours to enjoy this experience.
