Brasserie Uno Gault Millau: We are pleased to be included in the Zermatt section of Gault Millau POP!
For our friends and guests from all around the world, Gault & Millau is a French restaurant guide started in the 1960s by two restaurant critics, Henri Gault and Christian Millau. Although they started off reviewing restaurants only in France, the Gault Millau restaurant standard is now recognised all over the world. This includes countries from Australia to Austria, Canada to Russia, Israel to Switzerland. The closest comparison is the Michelin Guide, although Gault Millau give points rather than stars. To be included in their POP section is a wonderful surprise for us. Considering that Brasserie Uno has only been open for just less than one year, we are really happy that Gault Millau, and people from all around the world, are discovering our little restaurant in the Swiss Alps!
